Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately not at the moment. I hope to ship internationally again soon! 

Why is everything out of stock?

Most of my art is "small batch". That means I mostly create one of a kind pieces without duplicates. I release new items during shop restocks that take place every two to three weeks. Restock dates will be posted on the home page of the website or you can find it posted on IG. 

Do you accept customs?

Yes. You can fill out a custom order request form located on the home page.

Where is my package?

If your package is lost or was marked as delivered please reach out to your local post office first! On rare occasions, packages can get falsely marked "delivered" and arrive a day or two after.

Sweet Sensi Shop will not send complementary replacement items or refunds for items marked as delivered. Please be careful when entering your shipping address!

Why can't I order?

If your payment was declined, check that your billing address matches what's on your credit card account. Our payment gateway only accepts payments with information that matches billing exactly

My Item arrived damaged/broken!

Oh no! Please send an email to sweetsensishop@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item. please hang on to all packaging until the issue is resolved. Please keep in mind that these items are handmade and cannot be replicated if damaged during transit. lots of special care and time goes into packaging these items so rest assured this is an unlikely situation.
